Laser Dance may return this error for a couple of reasons. First, if your roomscan doesn't cover the entire room you're playing in, make sure you're standing within the part of the room you scanned when launching the game.
The game may also return this error if you're playing in a new room, and have a previously scanned room on your headset. To resolve this, quit the game, open the Meta Quest settings, and go to Environment Setup > Space Setup and hit Clear to remove your previous scans. Now scan the room you are currently in, after which that should be the one loaded when you start the game.
Laser Dance will try and make sure there's a clear walking path between the two buttons, and will determine this mainly by the 3D scan of your room. If the game can't find a path between the two buttons, first, make sure your scan is up to date and no furniture has moved since you last played.
Second, make sure you're playing on a flat floor. The game can't currently handle stairs or steps between the buttons, so make sure they're on the same level.
Finally, make sure the first button isn't surrounded by furniture, which might be blocking the game from finding a clear path to the second button.
This is likely due to an error with the room scan data the game receives from Quest, which prevented the game from finding a path between the butons (which prevents levels from generating correctly).
If this happens, quit the game, open the Meta Quest settings, and go to Environment Setup > Space Setup and hit Clear to remove your previous scans. Next, make a new scan of your room
I'm working on a more permanent fix, but hopefully this helps in the meantime.
Though Laser Dance will try to anchor the position of the buttons, that position may drift over time, or between sessions. You can always reposition a button by going to the settings menu, and under Room Setup, press the Reposition This Button button.
If your buttons keep drifting behind your wall, make sure the "Keep button on wall surface" checkbox is checked. This will check if anything is in front of the saved position of the button, and if so, try and reposition it on top of that.
If you're repeatedly getting a lost tracking message from the Meta Quest, the headset is likely struggeling to maintain stable tracking in your room. Make sure it is well lit enough, and avoid shiny floors and surfaces.
A side-effect of repeatedly losing tracking can be that Meta's Spatial anchors, which Laser Dance uses to keep the lasers and buttons in place, can suddenly and drastically change their location.
If just the lasers have shifted, quit the level and restart it, which should resolve the issue in most cases.
If buttons have drastically shifted location, quit the game and restart it.
By default, Laser Dance requires quite a lot of different movements, but there are accessibility settings that allow you to adapt the game more to your level of mobility.
In particular, increasing the "lowest you can go" value will drastically simplify moving through parts of the game that would otherwise require you to crawl.
Additionally, toggeling the "Reduce laser movement and blink speed" setting on, will make the Yellow Dynamic and Blue Blinker levels easier to play.
Finally, under body tracking you can turn off bodytracking so only your head and hands can touch lasers, which can make the game much easier to play.
Levels in Laser Dance try and adapt to your space, regardless of furniture or layout, but there may be some edgecases where the level doesn't adapt correctly.
Our goal is to support as many spaces as possible, so if you ever encounter an issue in your room, consider sending us your roomscan by submitting an in-game bugreport including your roomscan. To do this, hold the bugreport button on your left wrist, select share room, and type in which level is giving you issues and why in the message field.
With that, we can try and emulate your room and see if we can reproduce the issue you're having, to hopefully fix it in a future update.
